As Frank said, VT-52 emulation (and other DEC terminal emulations)
still exists in MS-DOS Kermit and Kermit-95.
C-Kermit has never been a terminal emulator. It works with whatever
terminal (xterm, console, whatever) that you use to access the system
you run it on.
